During the course of the year, the School District of Lee
County electronically reports over 50 million data elements to the Florida
Department of Education in the form of Student Reporting Formats. These data
elements identify our student population at a specific point in time. The
collection of this data, commonly referred to as surveys, is used by the state
to generate FTE funding and satisfy Florida accountability statutes. These FDOE
documents will assist you in this work.
