All public charter schools
seeking permission to serve students in Lee County must provide each of the
following documents to the District's charter school liaison not later than
three weeks prior to the first student day of each school year.
These are annual
requirements for all public charter schools, regardless of whether they are
continuing schools or opening for the first time.

The complete physical
address of the school;

The full name, title,
mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number of the school
principal, school information specialist, and school bookkeeper;

Current lease or
documentation of property interest in that facility;

Current Certificate of
Occupancy for that facility;

Proof of insurance as
specified in the Contract, including:

errors and omissions
insurance;
-
officers and
directors liability insurance;
-
fidelity bonds;
-
commercial general
liability insurance;
-
automobile liability
insurance;
-
employees liability
insurance;
-
property Insurance
